Dear Alana,

I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our heart for helping us to understand Bella. Bella was becoming quite timid and shy around people, especially men. It was so sad to see her that way. By helping us understand her and her fears, you gave us the tools to help her. We worked with her and the other day rejoiced when a young man approached to pet her and she was perfectly relaxed the entire time! In addition, she is so much better on leash. She used to pull us down the street, but now walking her is a dream! Your positive methods were perfect!
