By proceeding with this transaction, the Pet Owner agrees that Alana Stevenson is in no way responsible for the behavior of the pet following the completion of the consultation and/or lessons and that Alana Stevenson shall not be liable for any destruction, damages, injuries or death due to the activities and/or behaviors of any animal or person, whether it relates to advice given or not.

Please note: Deposits to secure training lessons, behavioral consultations, and appointment times are nonrefundable. Paying for a series or package of lessons is nonrefundable. A 2-3 day notice is required to reschedule appointments. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled more than twice, full payment will be needed prior to the next appointment, or an additional deposit will be needed to secure the appointment time. Any payments will then be nonrefundable. An appointment must be rescheduled within two months of paying a deposit. All deposits and payments will be lost if there is an additional cancellation. A series or package of lessons must be completed within five months of payment. If five months lapses before lessons are completed, additional price changes may be applied if lessons should continue.
